My EB2 was rejected initially. I received my education at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  My associateship in the Institute was considered by the Indian government to be the equivalent of a Master Degree in Accounting. Therefore, I filed for an EB2 visa that required a Master Degree on the labor certificate.
